Entrepreneurs & Mental Health: Discussion & Support Circle

Entrepreneurs & Mental Health: Discussion & Support Circle

We are here to

support

entrepreneurs & business owners to navigate their minds with all the emotional difficulties and challenges occurring during the entrepreneurial journey. We are here to touch an area that is seen as a "Taboo", which is "Emotions".

In this era of isolation and loneliness, building a support system becomes essential to keeping sane and growing emotionally stronger.

Dr. Maha Aly, the founder of The Institute of Entrepreneurial Emotional Education & Research (www.ieeer.site) is inviting startup owners, entrepreneurs, and anyone with entrepreneurial intentions to join this evening to talk about an overlooked side of entrepreneurship, "the emotional hazards"!

In this first event in Hamburg, we will talk about the essential emotional skills conducive to entrepreneurship. You will not feel alone! We will talk about resolving emotional challenges like "depression, openness, perfectionism, introversion, emotional intelligence, attention deficit, loss of (focus, drive, passion, relationships, motivation, & intrinsic compass), burnout, self-doubt & self-worth".

This event has limited space and high demand. It is intended to make it look & feel like a light relaxing networking & support circle, so we will be sitting at a nice café at the heart of Hamburg, Café Alex am Alstersee.
